By creating an account or using Interview PrepAI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Interview PrepAI provides AI-powered interview preparation tools including resume ATS scoring, skill gap analysis, mock interview coaching, voice practice, and performance analytics. The service is provided on an “as-is” basis. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.
You agree not to:
Free plan — 2 gap analyses, 2 ATS checks, 2 cover letters, 50 coaching messages, 5 minutes of AI voice, and 15 Resume Grill messages per calendar month.
Pro Monthly — ₹399/month. Grants 30 days of Pro access (40 analyses, 40 ATS checks, 450 coaching messages, 40 cover letters, 60 min AI voice, 1 AI mock interview/month, Resume Grill with 3 pressure modes).
Pro Annual — ₹4,308/year (₹359/month, billed annually). Grants 365 days of Pro access.
Premium Monthly — ₹699/month. Grants 30 days of Premium access (100 analyses, 100 ATS checks, 800 coaching messages, 100 cover letters, 100 min AI voice, 2 AI mock interviews, Personalized Revision Roadmap, all 5 Grill modes including FAANG + Brutal, early feature access).
Premium Annual — ₹7,548/year (₹629/month, billed annually). Grants 365 days of Premium access.
Crunch Pass — ₹149 one-time. Grants 7 days of Pro access (extends your current plan by 7 days if you already have one). Does not renew.
Access is not automatically renewed. It expires at the end of the paid period and reverts to the free plan unless you renew. Paid plan features include increased monthly usage limits and access to hard-difficulty questions.
Refund policy — Due to the digital and immediately-consumable nature of the service, payments are non-refundable. If you have an issue, contact us at support@interviewprepai.xyz and we will do our best to resolve it.
The Interview PrepAI platform — including its UI, AI coaching prompts, scoring logic, and codebase — is our property. You retain ownership of content you upload (resumes, job descriptions). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the service.
The service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. AI-generated feedback, scores, and recommendations are for practice purposes only. We do not guarantee that using this service will result in a successful interview or job offer. Interview outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Interview PrepAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in behavior harmful to the service or other users. You may delete your account at any time from your profile page, which permanently removes your data.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via email.
